The low pressure area being monitored over the past few days is likely to enter the country today, Saturday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In its 5 a.m. bulletin, the LPA was last spotted 1,225 kilometers east of Southern Mindanao.
