Office demand tops 1M sq m as of Dec 13

YEAR-TO-DATE demand for office spaces has reached 1.07 million square meters (sq m), 8.0 percent higher than the 988,000 sq m logged last year, consulting firm Leechiu Property Consultants (LPC) said on Wednesday.

'Based on the figures we've recorded as of December 13, we already reached that mark (the full-year 2022 figure), and we're about to conclude the year above 1 million square meters,' LPC director Mikko Barranda said in a media briefing.
