Vivant Energy inks P2.75-B loan deal

LISTED power generation firm Vivant Corp. said that its subsidiary, Vivant Energy Corp., on Wednesday signed a P2.75-billion term loan facility with Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. (Metrobank).

The funds will be used to 'partially finance Vivant Energy's investments in power generation projects and other capital expenditure requirements,' the company said in a disclosure.
