Off-duty soldier shot dead in Sultan Kudarat

TACURONG CITY: Police authorities in President Quirino town, Sultan Kudarat province launched a manhunt for two men for the killing of an off-duty soldier on Monday, December 11.

Quirino town chief of police Maj. Davis Dulawan identified the fatality as SSgt. Renante Valdez, 43, of the Philippine Army's 57th Infantry Battalion.
