SP New Energy buys out Terra Solar partner for P6B

SP New Energy Corp. (SPNEC) has acquired Prime Infrastructure Inc.'s (Prime Infra) entire stake in a joint venture company, Terra Solar Philippines Inc. (TSPI).

'Please be informed that on 11 December 2023, SP New Energy Corporation executed a deed of absolute sale to acquire 100 percent of the shares of Prime Infrastructure Inc. in Terra Solar Philippines Inc. for P6 billion,' the company said in a disclosure on Tuesday.
