ACEN Corp. said on Tuesday it had launched an energy transition road map that will see the retirement of a 246-megawatt (MW) coal-fired power plant.
The Just Energy Transition (JET) road map, which calls for the early retirement of the 246-MW South Luzon Thermal Energy Corp. (SLTEC) plant, builds on momentum generated by an energy transition mechanism for the plant.
