ANGELES CITY: Some 10,755 tricycle drivers, 1,737 jeepney drivers and at least 2,000 members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) community in this city received 5 kilograms of rice each from Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr. on Thursday, December 8.

This is the mayor's early Christmas gift to the drivers and members of the LGBTQ community. Members of the Angeles City Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office, headed by Irish Bonus-Llego, led the distribution of rice assistance.
