Clark Development Corp. (CDC) receives recognition from the Schools Division of Angeles City (SDAC) during the Project Recognition of Outstanding Stakeholders for Engagement and Support for Basic Education or Roses ceremony at Azzurro Hotel on Nov. 28, 2023.
