M/V Kapitan Felix Oca flagship for Christmas Caravan in WPS

MANILA, Philippines: M/V Kapitan Felix Oca, the training ship owned by the Associated Marine Officers and Seamen's Union of the Philippines (AMOSUP), served as the flagship of the convoy of civilian vessels headed for the West Philippine Sea for a gift-giving mission.

The group of 40 vessels will visit Ayungin Shoal, Lawak, Likas, Patag, Fil, Parola, Rizal, and Kota islands.
