Pangasinan village chief shot dead

MANGALDAN, Pangasinan: A village chief here was shot dead on Thursday night, a police official said on Friday, December 8.

LtCol. Roldan Cabatan, town police chief, identified the victim as Melinda Paragas Morillo, 60, head of Barangay Poblacion.
