NPA rebel injured in Negros Occidental clash

BACOLOD CITY: A suspected member of the New People's Army (NPA) was injured in another encounter with government soldiers in Sitio Caranawan in Barangay Buenavista, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, December 7.

Soldiers of the 94th Infantry Battalion (94IB) also recovered an M16 assault rifle with two magazines containing ammunition and personal belongings.
