PH should grasp the nettle of sovereignty in withdrawing from the International Criminal Court

THERE would be no more argument over the proposed return of the nation to the fold of the International Criminal Court (ICC) if our duly constituted and elected government (both the presidency and the Congress) will grasp the nettle of sovereignty in this business and declare unequivocally that the nation has withdrawn from the Rome Statute in an exercise of sovereignty over its affairs and its jurisdiction.
