THE Department of Agriculture (DA) launched the country's first Agricultural Machinery Design and Prototyping Center (AMDPC) in partnership with the South Korean government, which seeks to boost the local farm equipment manufacturing industry.
The establishment of the facility was in partnership with the Philippine Center for Postharvest Development Mechanization (PhilMech) and the Korea International Cooperation Agency (Koica).
