Discovery World to fund four units

HOTEL and resort operator Discovery World Corp. reported that its board of directors, in a meeting last Thursday, had authorized additional investments in four wholly owned subsidiaries.

The board approved additional subscriptions to the capital stock of Cay Islands Corp. (CIC), Lucky Cloud 9 Resorts Inc. (LC9), One Davao Townships Corp. and Palawan Cove Corp. (PCC), Discovery World told the stock exchange in a recent disclosure.
