A LAWMAKER said that around 700,000 families that were reinstated in the Pantawid ng Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) will receive their benefits before Christmas.

House Committee on Poverty Alleviation and One Patriotic Coalition of Marginalized Individuals Chairman Rep. Michael Romero (1-Pacman party-list) said in a radio interview the committee has coordinated with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and has called on LandBank and other conduits of the 4Ps program to prioritize releasing their funds.
