Jobless rate drops to 4.2% in October

(UPDATE) THE country's unemployment rate went down in October, the lowest since 2005, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Thursday.

The jobless rate dropped to 4.2 percent from 4.5 percent in September and 4.8 percent in the same month last year.
