MANUFACTURING output remained positive but slowed in October, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) reported on Thursday.
The Value of Production Index (VaPI) expanded by 1.3 percent, down from September's 9.6 percent and also markedly slower than the year-earlier 14.5 percent.
