BROADBAND provider Converge ICT Solutions Inc. has tapped Salesforce, a global customer relationship management platform, to launch generative AI contact centers in the country by the second half of next year.
"We have the best-in-class network, [and] now we are leveraging the most modern technology to give the best customer experience to our more than two million subscribers," Converge Chief Operations Officer Jesus Romero said in a statement.
