SBMA, HCPTI begin joint venture for port development

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT: The joint venture agreement between Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and Harbour Centre Port Terminal Inc. (HCPTI) is underway to fast-track the development of ports at the freeport zone.

The 10-year joint venture involves the revitalization and modernization of the ports and cargo handling operations at the piers, including Alava, Rivera and Boton.
