De Lima named LP spokesman

(UPDATE) THE Liberal Party has appointed former senator Leila de Lima as the party's official spokesman, party President and Albay 1st District Rep. Edcel Lagman said.

In a statement, Lagman said that de Lima was appointed during the party's management committee meeting on Monday.
