CLEARWATER is not clean water.

This was what the joint forces of Quisumbing Torres Law, Waves for Water (W4W) Philippines, and the 102nd Coast Guard Auxiliary Squadron aimed to address in the launching, demonstration, and distribution of its W4W Project last Nov. 29, 2023, in Talim Island East, Rizal.
