A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas topped the Bar exams, the Supreme Court announced on Tuesday.

Of the 10,387 examinees, 3,812 passed, Associate Justice Ramon Paul Hernando, Chairperson of the 2023 Bar Examinations, said. This translates to a passing rate of 36.77 percent.
