President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. vowed to go after foreign terrorists involved in the bombing attack at the Mindanao State University (MSU) in Marawi City that killed at least four people last Sunday.
The extremist group Islamic State (IS) has claimed responsibility for the bombing, saying in a statement its fighters "detonated an explosive device on a large gathering of Christian disbelievers in Marawi City."
