NLEX Corp., the builder and operator of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) and the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx), plans to spend P15 billion next year to fund the expansion of existing tollway projects.
Jose Luigi Bautista, president and general manager of NLEX, said next year's capital expenditure (capex) will be used to fund the construction of the Candaba 3rd Viaduct and the company's road-widening project in San Fernando, Pampanga.
