ZAMBOANGA CITY: The Philippine military on Saturday, December 2, announced the killing of 11 pro-ISIS fighters, including its chieftain, during what security officials branded as a "decisive military operation" in the Muslim province of Maguindanao del Sur where troops are battling hardened terrorist group Dawlah Islamiyah.
