Megaworld, Suntrust to build P7-B township

REAL estate giant Megaworld Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Suntrust Properties, Inc., will be constructing a P7-billion lifestyle estate in Palawan that is targeted for completion in 2028.

Megaworld said Sunday that it was planning to start development of the six-hectare (60,000-square meter) Baytown Palawan — its 31st township development in the country — by next year.
