Banchero basket seals Meralco win over NLEX

MANILA, Philippines: Chris Banchero sank a floater with 2.8 seconds left, rescuing Meralco from a massive meltdown to escape, 97-94 in their 2023-24 PBA Commissioner's Cup game on Sunday at the Philsports Arena.

The Filipino-Italian guard's two-point basket countered Don Trollano's three-pointer that earlier, forged a 94-94 count to help NLEX return from a 29-point deficit.
