CAUAYAN CITY: The Incident Management Team has coordinated with the Coast Guard K-9 Force for the use of dogs in searching for the missing Cessna plane at the foothills of Sierra Madre in Palanan, Isabela.
Constante Foronda, an officer of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRMMO), told reporters in a briefing on Saturday, December 2, that rescue teams will be bringing dogs to help them in the search.
