CAMP BGEN. VICENTE P. LIM, Calamba City: Hundreds of firearms and bladed weapons were confiscated across the Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon) area during the implementation of three-month comprehensive gun which ended on Wednesday, November 29.

The gun was implemented to ensure the peaceful and orderly conduct of the October 30 Barangay and Sangguniang Barangay Elections (BSKE) described by BGen. Paul Kenneth Lucas, Police Regional Office-Calabarzon (PRO-4A) regional director, as a resounding success with the efforts of their law enforcement personnel.
