Purpose: Core of a highly motivated team

NON SCHOLAE SED VITAE

THIS might seem like a coincidence, but the three books I got hold of recently to review the topic organization and motivation in my educational leadership and management class highlighted the concept of organizations having a sense of 'purpose' and why this serves as the foundation of many other factors that motivate people.

The books I am referring to are 'The Culture Code: The Secrets of Highly Successful Groups' by Daniel Coyle, 'Drive: The Surprising Truth that Motivates Us' by Daniel Pink, and 'The Purpose Factor: Extreme Clarity for Why You're Here and What to Do About It' by Brian Bosche.
