Terror group's 'revenge' eyed in MSU blast as death toll up

MARAWI CITY: (UPDATE) FOUR students were killed and at least 10 others were wounded during an explosion at the Mindanao State University (MSU) here on Sunday in what authorities said may be the handiwork of a terrorist group seeking revenge for the death of its leader and 10 members in an encounter with the military over the weekend.

PBGEN Allan C. Nobleza, regional director of the Provincial Regional Office-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region (PRO-BAR) said the blast occurred during a Catholic Mass inside the MSU gymnasium.
