Phoenix squeals past hard luck Converge

MANILA, Philippines: Phoenix Super LPG rookie Ken Tuffin scored the game-winning basket as the Fuel Masters squeaked past hard luck Converge, 99-98 in the 2022-23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on Saturday at the Philsports Arena.

Tuffin's winning shot came off a pass by import Johnathan Williams pass, who invited the double-team in an endgame play designed well by coach Jamike Jarin, which led to Phoenix's fifth win in six starts.
