Village chief, husband gunned down in Tarlac

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga: A village chief and her husband were shot to death by two unidentified assailants in Barangay San Juan, Ramos, Tarlac on Thursday morning, November 30.

Police Regional Office-3 director BGen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. identified the slain barangay leader as Editha Sarsuela, 61, and her husband Edgar, 68.
