CAUAYAN CITY: Rescue teams searching for the missing plane will start scouring the area near Sitio Dipadsangan in Didian, Palanan town in Isabela where a loud sound of an explosion was heard by villagers on Thursday, November 30.
Local residents pinpoint the source of the loud explosion in an area located at the foothills of the Sierra Madre mountains in Palanan and near the boundary of San Mariano town, said Glenn Cabaldo, municipal disaster risk reduction management officer of Palanan.
