PBA slaps Jarencio with P20,000 fine

(UPDATE) MANILA, Philippines: THE Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) has slapped a P20,000 fine on NorthPort team manager Pido Jarencio following his verbal altercation with NLEX import Thomas Robinson during last week's match at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

PBA commissioner Willy Marcial said Jarencio has been given a stern warning as well, reiterating that a repeat of such an offense could lead to a heftier penalty in the future.
