1 to 2 storms likely to enter PH in December

Manila, Philippines: The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Friday, December 1, 2023, that one to two tropical cyclones will likely enter the country this month.

However, Pagasa has not monitored a low pressure area inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), weather specialist Robert 'Obet' Badrina said.
