Man City beats Leipzig in Champions League

MANCHESTER, United Kingdom: Erling Haaland became the fastest player to score 40 Champions League goals as Manchester City came from 2-0 down to beat RB Leipzig, 3-2, on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila).

The defending champions were on course for their first European defeat at the Etihad since 2018 when Lois Openda took advantage of shambolic defending to score twice in the first half.
