President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has declared the last working day of November as the "National Bike-to-Work Day" to promote cycling as a mode of transport in the country.
Marcos, through Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, signed on November 28 Proclamation 409 declaring the "National Bike-To-Work Day."
