In a disclosure on Wednesday, the company said it signed a memorandum of understanding with DICT and FAB to be the founding anchors of the Horizon Philippines Project of Plug and Play, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm.
"Horizon Philippines is more than a program," DFNN President and Chief Executive Officer Ricardo Banaag said in a statement.
