3 weather systems affecting PH

THREE weather systems - the northeast monsoon or 'amihan', easterlies and localized thunderstorms - will affect the country in the next 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday.

Weather specialist Grace Castaneda said the northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon while easterlies are affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.
