THE Chamber of Commerce of the Philippine Islands (CCPI), led by its president Jose Luis Yulo Jr. (center), welcomed Irish Ambassador to the Philippines William Carlos (3rd from right) to its office in Intramuros, Manila. Ambassador Carlos discussed the various economic programs of Ireland for possible collaboration and exchanges with the chamber.
