QC to use chatbot to fight domestic violence

QUEZON City has partnered with the embassy of Switzerland in launching a computer program that will help fight violence against women.

Mayor Maria Josefina 'Joy' Belmonte announced on Monday that the program, Chatbot Sophia, was developed by the Swiss nonprofit organization Spring ACT led by international human rights lawyer Rhiana Spring.
