Over a million affected by shear line

THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) estimated that at least a million people in four regions have been affected by the shear line.

The shear line is where the hot and cold air converge while easterlies are winds coming from the east that pass through the Pacific Ocean and carry warm and humid weather in the country.
