Abalos tells barangay, SK officials to lead with integrity

Interior and Local Government Secretary Benjamin 'Benhur' Abalos Jr. administered the oath of office for the newly elected barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials in Tuguegarao City on Saturday, November 25.

He encouraged them to be 'leaders with integrity.'
