THE Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) has announced the opening of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) program for first-year to fourth-year collegiate students for the Academic Year 2023-2024.
To qualify, students must have no failing/dropped/incomplete grade in any subject; must have at least enrolled 18 units in a semester; and not currently enjoying any other scholarship/financial assistance grants.
