Ginebra completes comeback to beat Blackwater

MANILA, Philippines: Barangay Ginebra bucked a slow start behind a strong second half charge to subdue Blackwater, 90-87 in the main game of the 2023-24 PBA Commissioner's Cup on Sunday at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.

Down by as many as 17 points in the opening period, the Gin Kings worked their way back patiently behind import Tony Bishop, new boy Maverick Ahanmisi and big man Christian Standhardinger.
