Drug menace lurking amid ICC discussions

AS Filipinos deliberate the merits and drawbacks of membership in the International Criminal Court (ICC), no one should forget that illegal drug syndicates remain a serious threat to society. At the center of that discourse is former president Rodrigo Duterte. His critics want him investigated for the alleged extrajudicial killings committed during his term in office. And now, more politicians support an ICC investigation into those allegations.
