Pag-IBIG readies loans for calamity victims

THE Pag-IBIG Fund announced on Friday that its calamity loan is ready to help members affected by the Southern Mindanao earthquake and the Eastern Visayas floods.

Jose Rizalino Acuzar, Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development secretary and Pag-IBIG chairman, said the agency has allocated funds for affected members in Sarangani, Davao Occidental, Glan, Sarangani province, General Santos City and other parts of Mindanao, as well as in Eastern Samar, Northern Samar and distressed areas in Eastern Visayas.
