Petro Gazz turns back Akari, stays in hunt for PVL semis spot

MANILA, Philippines: Petro Gazz turned back Akari, 25-18, 17-25, 25-22, 32-30, at the PhilSports Arena on Saturday, November 25, to stay in the hunt for a semifinal berth in the 2023 PVL 2nd All-Filipino Conference.

Marian Buitre scored 22 points to lead the fifth ranked Angels, who raised their win-loss record to 6-4 with 19 points.
