Rider, back-rider die in Isabela crash

CABAGAN, Isabela: A 28-year-old motorcycle driver and his backrider died after they rammed into a 10-wheeler truck along the national road in Balasig village here on Thursday, November 23, a police report said.

Cpt. Scarlette Topinio, Isabela police spokesman, identified the driver as Redentor Quilang, 20, while his backrider remained unidentified.
